Install problem Creative Cloud for teams

New Here ,
Dec 08, 2023 Dec 08, 2023

Recently purchased Creative Cloud for teams.  I am the admin.  I assigned a user one of the licenses and sent them an email. I then go onto their computer, click on the link Start Here, to download and install Creative Cloud for teams.  Go all through the process.  Then launch Creative Cloud Express or whatever

program it is called.  And it comes up saying that they have a 7 day trial!  And there aren't all the apps that the Team license should offer them.   It seems to think this isn't

a teams license but an individual license that hasn't been paid for.

Did not have this issue with the other user who got assigned a Teams license.

The only thing that is different is there is a perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on this machine.

Obviously, I want to keep the Pro perpetual license and also run the Teams Creative Cloud license.

Any ideas how to address this issue?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

on the problematic computer, sign out of the cc desktop app and then sign back in using the adobe id you assigned to that user.

Unfortunately, only one type of license can be used on a machine.

If you are using a Perpetual (serial) number license, the user has to sign in to the Creative Cloud app to activate the Teams license.

Note: this will break the perpetual licensing of Arobat.

With Team (All Apps) license, the user can access Acrobat DC license on the machine.

This is not possible. But Acropat Pro DC is included in Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps (any flavor). That means also, that you cannreallocate your Acrobat Pro (what version) to a different user.
