IP ERROR PLEASE HELP ME

When I try to open any apllication it says " Sorry, your sign-in doesn't match the IP range of your assigned lab. Please contact you IT Administrator." I couldn't figure it out why. I deleted all of the Adobe Files and installed again. But it still giving the same error. Can you please help me?

You really do need to talk to your IT administrator. Your computer is set up so Creative Cloud only works on particular networks (eg in school, at work).
