Hi all
We're exploring options for our company file storage and sharing. We have five Creative Cloud licenses, but dont utilise any of the online storage space.
We need to store both Adobe and non Adobe files (Microsoft Word docs), share files with the whole team, use our own custom font and be able to use search in order to find any documents by name and content within docs.
Can Creative Cloud offer all this for our team?
We have an extra license which we plan to use as the main storage and share out to the rest of the team from there. I gather the total storage capacity is made up from how many licenses we own?
Or are we barking up the wrong tree and theres a better alternative option?
Your guidance is much appreciated!
CC is Adobe's storage option. There are options to have consolidated storage that everyone on the account can share, but I'm not certain it is available for Teams. Having everyone have their own independent cloud storage is not a good solution. iCloud is definitely not recommended.
If you go to your Admin console, you can click the support tab to inquire directly to your support team.

adobe cc works well for sharing files and you can search by file name. but some things are inconvenient. eg, deleting batches of files is not as quick as it should be.

How many users are going to be accessing this storage? That would determine if CC would work well or other options are better suited...

Thank you both for taking the time to answer
We have 5 users mainly using In-Design and Photoshop all on macs currently on an Adobe for Teams plan.
These users opperate seperately to the rest of the business which is all windows based and have no need to access our storage.
Is Creative Cloud storage Adobe's enterprise storage solution? or Should we look to iCloud? I have a friend whose business uses Dropbox.
Again, many thanks for your input.

Adobe Creative Cloud Synced Files was the best part of the Creative Cloud experience. It let all users have a folder on their desktop that was synced to the cloud and could be shared with any other users. Non-users could receive a link to the file(s) or folders. I say "was" because Adobe is, idiotically, removing this feature. The only alternative to it is Libraries, which is a pretty useless feature as it is only available via the Libraries panel in Adobe apps. It also only supports a very limited number of file types and it doesn't even do anything in many apps. So, no, you can no longer do this with Creative Cloud.
