Is there a way to disable the Adobe online Sign in Pop-Up box when opening a PDF?

I have a customized install of reader installing the base package of 11.0.00 and then patching it to 11.0.09.  Everything is working good except this message pops up.  I have users that do not need to see this message. Help?
