Issues to install creatvie cloud apps

Hey all, I have just bought a creative cloud licence for all apps. I downloaded it as the program told me, I assigned the licence to myself, and in the cloud, I can see all apps, but only have the option to try or buy, but I already paid for them all. How do I download the desktop apps and how does it recognise I bought a licence? Thanks in advance, Jennifer
