It is not possible to download the "Creative Cloud" application.

Hi,

we are not able to dowload the "Creative Cloud" application. The dowload just won't start.

The ports 80 and 443 are not blocked by the firewall as recommended.

The "Application Manager" also can't reach the Adobe-servers and terminates with an download-error.

Any idea which settings have to be made to download the application in a proper way?

    Are you using Corporate / Office network Internet connection ?

    Yes I do.

    The download is just working fine with a "normal" internet connection but that is no solutiuon.

    Did you checked with all Adobe ports?

    Adobe Ports/Host combinations for installation, activation, and updates.
