How to install on Mac computers. It often does not allow me to install on Mac computers, I need to speak to a technician.

If you are building a package for deployment with a device license using Creative Cloud Packager then you need to use the Mac version of the packager to build a mac package. Please refer to Create packages with Adobe Creative Cloud for education device licenses
