Latest 2021 update not showing in creative cloud.

I am a student photographer and I use two computers (one for traveling one for home), my home computer has Lightroom classic version 10.1 and Photoshop version 22.1 but on my travel computer it is Lightroom classic version 9.4 and Photoshop version 21.2.4 and it doesn't show an option to update. I have tried many solutions but none work. If anyone can help that would be great!

you probably need to update your os to within one version of the latest. the most recent 'compatible' (with your computer) adobe versions are offered for installation.
