Leave of the organization, but keep my account

Hello, I explain what happens.
I'm making a number of changes to my accounts and I'm reviewing Adobe. However, in 2017 I opened this account, this was before entering an academic institution where they requested an Adobe account (which I already had) to use the institution's academic plan. Now, I graduated from this institution in December last year. My goal is to modify the account so that it is no longer "managed" or within the organization and to be able to start managing it as a personal account (including being able to sell in stock) But checking by clicking "leave organization" I get that I am no longer going to be able to use it in Creative Cloud, if you eventually want to pay for the plans.
My question is if there is any way to leave the organization without affecting my account, since I opened my account before being in the institution, or if they themselves should unsubscribe me.

Hi Nathalie,
I suppose that you have an Enterprise account with your University. Such accounts are compromised of a personal account (belonging to you) and a corporate account, "belonging" to the organization. This has been like this since some time, but mostly people don't notice it, except when they sign in.
Go to https://account.adobe.com
If you are signed in to your company account, you can sign out, by clicking your avatar and click "Sign Out". I don't suppose that everyone has a "Manage Enterprise", I suppose that's because I'm an administrator for my company.
You sign in again as usual:
If you have password authentication, enter your password. You can select the Personal Profile or the Company Profile:
Select the Personal Profile and you are with your personal account.
Et voilà :
If you leave your organization, you will lose access to whatever that organization gets you, including your creative cloud files, libraries and whatever you have acquired during your membership in that organization. Normally, all those elements belong to your organization. As my organization is a commercial one, that makes sense. For you, I would suggest that you copy all your elements locally to your computer before leaving the organization.
If you have still a CC subscription with them, you should check that too. They won't let you use their subscription for much longer, probably.
As a side note: the administrator can also remove you from the organization. If they do without notice, the cut-off will be brutal… 🙂 You won't have time to check and copy your data with such a cut-off. Be prepared.
(As this has nothing to do with stock contributor, I will move this to the correct forum.)

Hello, I have not been able to solve it. When I log in again, the personal account option does not appear. 😞

I took over the account, as the organization closed. I changed the billing to myself, but under Account information, it still has the name of my old organization. It's not clear if I can "Leave the organization" without loosing the account. Will I still have access to the apps and servies I'm paying for, if I leave the organization?
Thanks!

Hi There,
You took over an account from your organization and have added your payment details; however, the subscription is still under your organization's name. I hope I understand your question correctly.
To better assist you, please let us know if this account is linked to your personal email address rather than your organization's.
Additionally, I reviewed the Adobe ID (email address) you used to post here and found an individual Creative Cloud All apps subscription associated with it. Is this the subscription you are seeking assistance with?
Thanks,
^BS
