Licence entreprise

Bonjour,

J'ai une petite entreprise de 8 personnes où nous sommes 3-4 à avoir une utilisation occasionnelle de photoshop. j'ai bien souscrit à l'offre TPE, tout avait l'air de bien marcher mais à présent une seule personne peut utiliser le logiciel, je ne peux ajouter d'utilisateur supplémentaire. Je ne peux ajouter que des licences supplémentaires. Je paie >37€ par mois pour la licence et une seule personne peut utiliser ? N'y a-t-il pas une offre adaptée pour mon équipe ?

Les licences ne sont pas flottants. Chaque persone ayant un besoin de Photoshop doit avoir sa propre licence.

Donc je dois acheter une licence par utilisateur ? Pas du tout adapté à mes besoins. Impossible de contacter qui que ce soit, ni pas chat ni par session @kglad , calendrier surchargé

thanks @kglad , unfortunately i can't reach any "support person" and I have already wasted a lot of time & energy...I am amazed people answer straight away on the forum and I can't even contact a support person from adobe.

I can't start a chat, my only option is to book in a calender where there is no spot left. Extremely annoying especially when you are already a client!

Oui ! Les licences partagées que @kglad a mentionnées sont disponibles pour des écoles dans les salles de cours. Pour une entreprise de huit personnes, je crois qu'une licence par personne est nécessaire. Mais, bien sûr, vous pouvez contacter le service clientèle. Je ne vois pas comment le calendrier du chat serait surchargé.

 

Je recommande de contacter Adobe France : https://www.adobe.com/fr/about-adobe/contact.html. Si vous êtes localisé en Belgique, Suisse, Canada ou le Luxembourg ou tout autre pays francophone, chercher juste sur le net. Si vous nous donnez votre pays, on peut rechercher le contact le plus probable.
