We have a member of staff on maternity leave and a new temporary member of staff covering the post.

 

Is it possible to transfer to licence from one user to another?

Absolutely, you can transfer licenses between users in the Adobe Admin Console. Here's how:

 

Unassigning the License:

  • Sign in to the Admin Console.
  • Navigate to Users > Users.
  • Select the user who's currently on maternity leave.
  • Under "Products," remove or edit the license assignment.
  • Save your changes.

 

Assign License to Temporary Staff member:

  • Sign in to the Admin Console.
  • Go to the product section.
  • Click "Assign Users."
  • Enter the name or email address of the temporary staff member.
  • Save your changes.
