Lightroom 5 can't find the serial number

Hi there! I have a problem with installation Lightroom 5. I've bought the creative cloud. No problems with photoshop. But I can't find the serial number for Lightroom. there are no products in my account and no series numbers. I  tried to log in to Licensing Web Site but there was an error. I don't know what to do.
