Hope someone here can help.  We're using Shared Device Licenses in an education establishment, and our student account lose connection to their Adobe accounts while they are working.  Does anyone know of a way to prevent the CC desktop app from logging out?

PS I've read reports that the SDL does automatically disconnect after a certain period of time, but I'm not 100% sure of what the length of time is.

The 90-minute automated login confirmation has been removed for Shared Device Licenses, so this should not be affecting your users. The change was made on the server side, so it should not be necessary to recreate the packages, but I would suggest installing a newly created "empty" package (with only the Creative Cloud Desktop application and license information) to ensure that the most recent version of all its components is present, in case there is an older library which has not been updated automatically.

Are thes systems offline for long periods of time?

Hello,

please could you elaborate on what is happening here from the perspective of the students? Are they being logged out from Creative Cloud Desktop and/or the applications? Do they have Creative Cloud Desktop running all the time, and whereabouts do they log in initially?

Sorry, had to change login...   Students log in using Adobe SSO linked to a MS ADFS server.  I've got them logging onto the CC desktop app before they launch any of the adobe apps.  It appears that the students are being logged out of the desktop app after a period of time which is causing problems with rendering.  I understand that it should pop up a box asking if they're still logged in before logging them out, but I think this might be happening when they aren't in the room.
