Lost Administrator Rights and All Company Licenses Disappeared

It seems that in the past week, I have received this email, despite me being the administrator of the company.

It's strange because a payment for the licenses were made yesterday, but when I logged in, I don't see the licenses at all.

I tried to contact Support, but since I'm not the administrator now I can't access customer support directly and have to go through the community board instead.
Please let me know what I should do. Thanks.
