1. What's causing the issue and what would be the possible resolution?

- Tried using different browser
- Tried clearing the browser cache

Using Microsoft Edge browser solved the issue. It won't open on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
Would you mind explaining why it would open in Microsoft Edge and not in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox?

my LWS account from 2011 results deactivated. Someone knows how to re-store it? Can't find a way to contact Adobe directly.

Are you still facing this issue? I tried just now and was able to sign-in successfully.

 

LWS is used to distribute volume serial numbers. Have you successfully accessed LWS in the past? And are you using the correct email address to sign-in?

 

If you're an individual customer, you can access your serial number(s) from your Orders Summary page. See, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html
