I bought Acrobat and Photoshop but when I connect to LWS the login goes through but I always find myself on the page :
there is a big bug...
It doesn't dépend on browser.

Could you provide some more details about the plan you purchased? Is this a volume purchase. And can you tell us a bit about the licence type?

My first connection to LWS worked fine, I was even able to initialize a secondary address for my account.
I just logged in using a third browser and was able to download the software and retrieve the licenses.
I therefore cancel my request
