Mac CC2014 Package Installer Stopped working recently after several successful installs

We made a Mac installer package of a bundle of CC2014 Design & Web apps. Initially this package installed well for us both as a single manual install or as a group install via Apple Remote Desktop. This same package now fails to complete the install regardless of weather it's a single manual install or a group install via ARD. Any thoughts on why or how this might happen? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
