Managing a volume licence

Morning 

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious somewhere, but I would like to be able to see which of the licences that I've purchased are assigned and to whom 

I'm using https://licensing.adobe.com/ and I can see orders, and the amount of times something has been downloaded/installed, but I'd like to be able to see: 

1. Quantity of licences purchased 

2. Quantity of licences installed/available  

3. User 

Is that possible?

Thank you for posting your query here.

First of all, I would like to inform you that since Volume Licenses are purchased in Company records, the Order details can be accessed only by Signing with the registered email address. 

I see you have mentioned that you can login to Licensing Website and access the Order details, however in Licensing website you cannot see the amount of times something has been downloaded/installed, which is contrary to what you have been able to access.

For Volume licenses, you cannot track the Quantity of licences installed/available and the User details who have been provided the access to the products since Volume licenses are managed by the end Company and there is no console to track the installs. 

You may definitely view the Quantity of Licenses purchased and other Order details by following the steps suggested in  : https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/policy-pricing/volume-licensing-site.html#orders
