Hi.
We have two enterprise teams with say 40-50 licenses in each account. For ease of mangement i want to just put them all into one account.
I cannot find any easy way to do it. Is the only way to try to remember to do it when ones about to do it's annual renewal and then add all of those users with the correct licenses to the second account and remove the licenses from that account so there are zero licenses in it..
It's fine but these 50 users don't know their details and are all over the country so it's a real pain to sort out trying to get them to login to the new account. Some are on old email domains that don't exists now It's just a lot of work is there nothing easier?
Probably having a word with the support could bring out some solution that would ease out the process. You have already figured out the basic flow of migration when the renewal window approaches so for alternatives its better to pick the brains of the support team. You can contact support via the Admin Console.

You need the help of the support for doing this. And I would guess, that support can assist you regardless of the anniversary date. This would be easier, as you can choose a date that is most convenient for you. But as for the preparation work, you will need to prepare that correctly with your users. That is not an easy task, and there is no help available, except the help you organize.
I would progress as the following:
