Hey everyone,

I am currently still enrolled in the student program for Adobe CC, but my enrollment at university ends today/tomorrow. I tried to migrate my assets as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/migrate-student-assets.html, but when I go to https://graduation.adobe.com/ and type in my university's mail address (the one my student account runs on), then I get the error message:

(roughly translated from German)

"Personal accounts are not being supported, use a company's or university's account instead to use this service."

...which is what I am already doing. Can anyone help me?
