Hi there, some folders synced in the CC libraries have disappeared mysteriously. All team members checked if we could find them in deleted items but unfortunately, they are not there. It is a big deal cause it's affecting a large piece of work in many departments. Could anyone please give us a hand?

if this issue last more than one day (ie, others are seeing this too):

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails for one team member, open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

Go to Assets.adobe.com do the folders appear on the website?

I've had folders temporarily "disappear" because of delays with syncing larger assets.

Once the assets/folders are synced they "reappear".
