Missing the Option for Non-Adobe Models

Community Beginner ,
Jun 06, 2025 Jun 06, 2025

Our Business have a Creative Cloud Pro plan. From what i've read we should have access to the Non-Adobe Models in the Boards Section. I see the option, it tell me that thew Admin must allow it.

When we go in our Admin Console in the Asset Settings, we don't have the Non-Adobe generative AI models tab.

I don't understand why.
Thanks

Hi @Maxcoco,

Thanks for reaching out. As mentioned, you're unable to see the "Non-Adobe generative AI models" tab under Asset Settings in your Admin Console. Could you please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with?

Upon checking, it appears your organization is on a Creative Cloud for teams subscription. Please note that the ability to enable or disable access to non-Adobe generative AI models via the Admin Console is currently available only to enterprise plans.

To assist you further, could you clarify whether you're experiencing issues accessing non-Adobe generative AI models within Adobe apps, or if you're looking to restrict this functionality for your users? This will help us guide you accordingly.

Regards,

^AN

Yeah, this is the issue, I want to access it but I can't. And I don't see the setting section to activate it.

Hi @eyvesg

This is an Enterprise-only feature, and since you have a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription, this option will not show in your Admin Console. For reference, see this: https://adobe.ly/3IRyYKA

I hope this helps.

Thanks,
^BS

Hi @eyvesg,

You can learn more about the difference between the Standard and Premium features in this help document: https://adobe.ly/47ccXQ4

To get access to Premium features, you will have to upgrade to a plan with Premium features access. To know more, see: https://adobe.ly/42qlxrI

Feel free to let us know if you have any more questions.

Thanks,

Hi @eyvesg,

Non-Adobe Models is not a feature on the premium list; it is an enterprise-exclusive feature. However, since you have a Creative Cloud Pro for Teams subscription, you should have access to all the features mentioned on the page I shared above.
Do you know who the system Admin is? The system Admin will assign licenses to you and your team via the Admin Console. When you log in using the email to which the License is assigned, you'll get access to all the features included in the plan.

I hope this helps. If it doesn't, you may ask your Admin to contact the support team directly via the Adobe Admin console to get help.

Hi @eyvesg,

Thank you for your reply. Upon checking, I can confirm that you have an active Teams Creative Cloud All Apps plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query, along with an individual Firefly Standard plan. Please note that the Creative Cloud All Apps plan is assigned to your business/work profile, while the Firefly plan is linked to your personal profile. To access these correctly, please select Personal when signing in to your personal profile and Work/School account for your business profile.

Additionally, please be aware that you cannot use both profiles (personal and business) simultaneously on the same device. Since your Creative Cloud All Apps plan is tied to your business profile, any additional apps or plans should be purchased and assigned through the Admin Console to ensure they are entitled under your business account.

As you have already purchased the Firefly subscription under your personal profile, I recommend canceling this plan and repurchasing it under your business contract via the Admin Console. To cancel your individual subscription, please follow the steps outlined here:
https://adobe.ly/3IAWCev.

Note: When signing in at https://adobe.ly/4o98umO, please choose your Personal profile during the profile chooser step. Once canceled, since you are still within the refund window, the payment for this plan will be refunded. After that, you can purchase and assign the required license under your Teams contract by following the steps in this document:
https://adobe.ly/4o07LVH

In the meantime, as you mentioned you are facing the same issue reported earlier, please try signing into the Firefly  app using your Work/School profile. Then, follow the steps mentioned here:
https://adobe.ly/4oajAbk

Once signed in, please check under General settings > Model dropdown menu. Under the Non-Adobe models section, do you see the message stating, “Your admin has turned off non-Adobe models for your organization”? If yes, please share a screenshot for review.

Awaiting your response.

Regards,
^AN

Hi Anshul
I’m really confused about what’s happening with my account. Even though I purchased credits, it seems I can only use them on the Teams account. My personal account doesn’t have any apps, since I bought all the plans under the Teams account.

Could you please check the account setup for me? I think something got mixed up. I also tried using the Firefly free trial, but it didn’t work it activated under my personal account instead of the organization account.

I’d appreciate your help in sorting this out.
