I have a question about using individual licenses and Teams.
Now everyone in our organization uses an individual Photoshop license. but we want the use of 'special' programs such as Indesign, Illustrator and Premiere to be able to shift between different people. Can we use an individual Photoshop for everyone and then put the special programs in a team and then distribute them where necessary? In other words, can you combine or alternate individual with teams? I imagine that someone has Photoshop (individual license) open, and then picks up an Indesign (teams license) job, and doesn't want to close/loose their Photoshop…
1. A team license does NOT allow you to simply shift licenses between people (that is, it is not a pool of licenses). However, it is possible to assign licenses, revoke them, and reassign them. 2. It is impossible for people to be signed on to a personal account and teams account at the same time. This is very important. So that if, for eample, a person has an individual Photoshop plan, and a team Illustrator plan, they CANNOT run Photoshop and Illustrator at the same time on the same computer. Since graphic design often REQUIRES you to switch quickly or run apps at the same time, this may be an impossible situation.

I was afraid of that. The pain is even more if you consider the individual price of Photoshop compared to the teams edition...
Thanks a lot for your quick reply, I will see how to proceed...
Best regards, M. Ruiter

I don't know if it lessens the pain or eases the planning, but I note that the $10 Photoshop plan seems to have been discontinued...

Here at Holland it still seems to be available, but if you say so I will keep it in mind to avoid future dissapointment at the management team...
