Month-to-month Teams licenses

Hey Adobe,

As a small video production company, one major appeal of the Team's account was to add and remove licenses as our company grows and shrinks based on work volume. Please add the ability to remove licenses month-to-month. Currently, there is a minimum-year duration. Every other software we subscribe to allows a month-by-month option. That functionality is perfect for smaller teams and allows for project-based cost management. The month-to-month option could be more expensive, as other companies offer. Is this something you are planning to implement?

 

(I wanted to put this in a feature request, but it says they don't typically reply to those messages)

Hi There 

Thanks for contacting Adobe support .

We do appreciate your valuable feedback but as if now we do not have month to month billing for Team plans since Team plan is an annual contract only that can be paid monthly or annually however we do have month to month billing in Creative cloud Individual plans.

Hi Adobe, 

 

Due to the Corona Virus, many of my company's clients are putting projects on hold. 

 

I would like to cancel my company's subscription, as we wont be using your sofware for the immediate fulture.

 

Can you please make this option available for immediately, or at least make it possible to settle our annual contract this month. 

 

There are many small consultancies that are dramatically affected by the country shutdowns happening worldwide. Not aligning the company subscription accounts to the indivual accounts will do considerable brand damage for Adobe.
