Moved schools, Adobe Enterprise not updating me to new school

New Here ,

Hello. I recently moved back to a previous school, which has paid for more, if not, every Adobe application. I would like to access these programs, although, my Adobe Enterprise account has not updated to the new school and is still with the school I moved from. I'm relatively sure this will update itself eventually like it did when I moved to another school, but I was hoping there would be a way to speed the process up?

Thanks!

No way to force it - I would follow up with the new plan admin.

@xande.7 you will need to contact your new school's admin to have access to the new account. The account will not transfer to your new school - assuming you have a new email with the school's address.

At our education department the students school email sticks, and the Adobe account updates to the new school. I speak from experience,  and the account will likely update on its own. Was just wondering if there was a way to force the update sooner.
