MSI Adobe Packages Failing on Install

For some reason, when we create an application using the Creative Cloud Packager, they are no longer installing.  This summer, we could build an application and then double click the MSI in the Build folder that the Packager created.  Now when we create an application using the Creative Cloud Packager, it will start the install for about 30 seconds, the screen will flash once, then the application will uninstall what it tried to install.  Ideas?  It worked fine this summer.

OK, it is coming up with an error code of -1 which is "Not launched in admin mode."  How do you launch it in admin mode?  I have right clicked the MSI and choose Run as Administrator and I have logged onto the machine as an admin and still can't get it to run.  Ideas?

Run Command Prompt as admin and use the syntax noted here

    1. Type CMD in to your search bar

    2. Right click and choose Run as administrator

    3. Use the command lines in the above document to deploy

Can you supply further details of the content of the packages, the platform being deployed to and the method of deployment?

The log should tell you more.

We just noticed that it is doing it with Adobe DC and Photoshop (it could be doing it with all of them, I am not sure yet).  We are testing the Adobe DC one right now and trying to find the solution for that one and then try the solution for the rest of them.  We are creating them on Windows 7 and 10 machines and trying to run them on different Windows 7 and 10 machines.  We have even tried running the MSI installer on a machine that has never had Creative Cloud installed on it and it still fails.  The install file that we are launching is the MSI that is located inside the Build folder. Our goal is to eventually use them with SCCM, but we can't even get them to load right from the folder yet.  Which log did you need?  I can post details of it if it will help.
