My installation code doesn't work?

I was installing my adobe creative cloud package, but I accidentally accepted the Terms and Conditions.. but I should not have done.. now my installation code doesn't work anymore

    Hi Kimberly,

    Can you please elaborate your installation method? Accepting the EULA should not impact the installation of other packages.

    I'm sorry that i reply this late.

    I contacted my dad, he told were too look.

    I logged in at adobe, clicked on my current product and all was good.

    My product is now valid until sept.2016.

    It fixed itself a day later.
