MY PLAN DOESNT APPEAR ACTIVATE

I have this problem, I had an annual plan active and I started working at a company where they offer me the business plan, so I deactivated mine, but somehow my account does not appear linked to the business plan but I did get the confirmation email However, the cloud says that I am not in any plan

Juanita, please sign in using the e-mail address assigned to you by the company you are working for. There are no active memberships under the e-mail address you use to post to this public discussion forum. This is why you do not see an option to sign in under the business profile, as suggested by Kglad.

 

If you need additional help, I recommend contacting the company's Creative Cloud plan administrator for assistance. If you also use a computer or network they manage, you may have their preferred method of installing Adobe applications and services. You could even be blocked from installing or licensing the activations yourself, depending upon the security measures the company has taken.

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using business plan id assigned to you, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

I did that but, doesnt let me change de account to business, stays personal

when you sign in with that business id, do you see the option to select profiles, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-adobe-profiles.html
