Hi we have a Creative Cloud for education | K–12 School Named User  license, but without Adobe Portfolio/Behance. It's free now for schools during this time, but it's not listed in our Adobe Admin Console to turn on. Anyone know of a way to activate it for our students now? It works for adobe accounts not tied to our Named User license.

Hi there,

Behance is not included in K-12 Named user licenses because it doesn't comply with COPPA guidelines as it might contain content that is not suitable for consumption by K-12 students.

Let us know if this helps pr of you have any more queries.

Hi Ashish,

Hi Ashish,

My user was created with my email(Edited by moderator; Email removed, please refrain from sharing your personal information as this is a public forum), for more than 10 years in which I have uploaded different projects throughout my professional career.

Here is the link to my account: https://www.behance.net/renzovargas

The problem comes when today I activated a business/educational account, without fully knowing the consequences, I logged into my account and without knowing that my behance account would be lost, I entered the option “move all files to the business cloud storage”.

Without knowing the consequences of what could happen to my Behance account, which I have not been able to recover, I have already tried several times to log in with the personal and business profile, but I can not log in to my behance account as usual, it appears as if it were a new account completely from 0, this affects me greatly as I had important projects in that account.

Please, your answer.

Thank you! I thought COPPA might be the reason. What about for teachers? We are looking for a way for teachers to spotlight work
