Hi all, I think I need some assistance with FileSite and Acrobat integration please.

On two reference cpmputers, I first installed Acrobat then followed by FileSite. The "iManage" menu does not show up.

Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit 22H2
Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) v22.003.20282 (Named user license)
iManage Work FileSite (x64) v9.3.6.807

  1. FileSite installs the integration api file in
    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins\IManAcrobat10.api
    C:\Program Files\Interwoven\WorkSite\Win32\1033\iManAcrobatRes.dll

  2.  In Adobe, I disabled "Protected Mode at startup" by adding reg entry
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown
    bProtectedMode = 0

  3. I Tried adding IManAcrobat10.api in folder "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins\interwoven", but it did not help

  4.  Adobe installation package was generated from the Adobe admin portal. I tried Acrobat customization wizard to load the msi file but it said it was not a valid package. I guess the wizard is not for named user licenses?

Thanks in advance

Correct answer XS2022

I figured it out. It is the version of Acrobat. 64bit does not integrate with FileSite v9
I installed 32bit Acrobat Pro and iManage menu came up.
