Need to reinstall CC when changing licenses?

New Here ,

I currently have Creative Cloud installed on my personal laptop under my employers license Adobe for Teams. I am losing my job at the end of the month and want to buy a personal subscription to Creative Cloud for individuals. Do I need to uninstall everything on my laptop and then reinstall to purchase an individual subscription?

No, you can just log out of the old account and log in with your personal e-mail address to have it use the license from it. Note that you may want to transfer assets such as Creative Cloud files from the old account, as detailed here:  Manual Asset Transfer
