New Deployment Option: License-Only Packages for Shared Device Licensing
We’re excited to highlight a flexible deployment feature for educational institutions using Shared Device Licensing (SDL): License-Only Package. This option allows you to assign a Shared Device License to lab or classroom computers without reinstalling Creative Cloud apps.

How to Create a License-Only Package:
- Go to Admin Console > Packages > Packages.
- Select Create a Package.
- Select Shared Device Licensing, then Select Next.
- Skip app selection by selecting Next on the Choose Apps screen.
- Continue through the remaining screens and finalize your package.
