Weโ€™re excited to announce the launch of Aggregated License Reporting in the Adobe Global Admin Console (GAC) โ€” a new feature designed to provide enterprise global admins with deep insights into license provisioning across their entire organization hierarchy.

With the new Aggregated License Reporting feature in the Adobe Global Admin Console, enterprise admins can now:

  • Generate custom license reports by selecting one or more organizations, specific products, and preset or custom date ranges (e.g., last 6 months, full contract duration).
  • Access and download previously generated reports โ€” including those created by other global admins โ€” and export them in CSV format with usage trends, license counts by child organization, and product-level breakdowns.

These insights help streamline internal reporting, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decisions.

To get started:
Go to Insights tab in the Global Admin Console > Reports > License Assignment. Select the organizations, products, and a date range. Then, download the report once ready. Reports may take up to 48 hours to reflect recent changes.

Start using it today via the Insights tab in GAC and simplify license reporting across your organization!
