New license user does not get sign up email

I have one license available for CC, when I add someone to the license with their email, the email does not go through, even after 12 hours the person doesn't have an email from Adobe. I have tried for multiple emails by removing the previous email and adding a new one, but the user never gets the sign up email.

Thank you for posting your query here.

 

As I understand that for One available license, the user does not seem to receive the Welcome email from Adobe, this could be an issue with the License ID due to which the Welcome emails are not getting triggered. In adobe terms, they call it Seat End date which might not be extended properly.
