Hey Karl,
Thanks the work you guys are doing to make our lives a lot easier!
Just wondering if you could have a look at the question I posted in the creative cloud dicussion forum about CCP:

I'm hoping to roll it out to the company at the start of next week but just having some issues with CCP.
Cheers,
Jaylon

Would love to hear enterprise deployment feedback on this new tool. AAMEE got off to a rocky start but matured nicely. Looking forward to the same for CCP.

I think the issues we're experiencing is due to the fact that we have CS4 on all our machines. This was deployed out with a custom package before I started working here.
So the usual uninstall package created with the CS4 deployment tool doesn't work on our computers, I've had to write a script in an attempt to remove all traces of CS4 off our Macs, and I think this is where the issues stem from.
Although the CS6 creative cloud package seems to install fine on our 10.6 Macs, but the Macs that have been upgraded to 10.8 are having lots of install issues (we're currently in a transition phase from 10.6 to 10.8, so some departments have 10.6, others have 10.8).
I guess our environment is quite messy at the moment, but unfortunately thats sometimes the nature in enterprise environments, especially during transition phases.
Hopefully I can figure this all out!

Having issues with CCP too. Having issues deploying both locally and via ARD. On 10.6 & 10.8 as well & on machines with CS5 & "clean" machines.
The individual software packages inside the CCP work fine.
Any ideas?

~/Library/Logs/
Creative Cloud Packager | PDApp log is named PDApp.log Package Builder log is named as follows AdobePBhhmmss_ddmmyy.log where hhmmss_ddmmyy = hour|minute|second_date|month|year |

In the meantime while you wait for a response from Adobe, you can check out the PDApp log that Karl is talking about.
I was able to sort out a few issues myself by searching through the log and finding the warnings and errors.
You'll notice if there's a warning or a fatal error, where it normally says "[INFO]", it'll change to something like "[WARN]" or "[FATAL]" etc.
If you see error (19) then it's likely there's a conflicting process, even if you've checked the "ignore conflicting processes" I've noticed that I still get this error.
So through ARD I'll make sure that there are no users logged in by clicking on Manage -> Log Out Current User. This will ensure that you don't get an error 19 showing up.
Hope this helps.
