No access to Adobe Admin Console

So I'm trying to figure out how to buy/add licenses to my current license plan, and figured it should be done in the Admin Console.

When I try to access it I get the error message: "You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator".

I am the system administrator and I only have one user account associated with this profile as far as I know. I have tried to access the website in another browser as well as in incognito-mode. I think it's because I don't have Adobe for Enterprise on this account and/or missing some permissions.

Does anybody know how to buy/add more licenses to a standard Adobe profile?

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query here.

As per the error message, it appears like you are not assigned as a Contract Owner, which is why you are getting the error message.

Please contact your Team administrator or Purchasing Team who might have access to the Administrator details.

In case you are looking to purchase Creative Cloud Subscription, you may refer to  : https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html for the various Creative Cloud plans details.

Dear,

We face a similar issue. We have different subscriptions on user level, but want to have an overview of our licences via the Admin Console. But both myself als IT Controller, as our IT manager has no access to the Admin Console. Neither do we have any Contract Owner and/or Team administrator.

I would assume we need to create an admin role/account first?

Do you mean, perhaps, you have paid for separate normal subscriptions but you now want to convert to a business license?
