No access to historical invoices

I have been trying to access invoice from 2019 but keep getting booted to a page that says "We are still processing your order. It could take up to 24 hours. Please check back later." I can access my latest invoices however so assume this is a bug?

I have the same issue with all invoices. I've reached out to support on it multiple times, but no solution.
