No green ticks when syncing files

All my files are synced but I'm not seeing any visual indication with the 'green tick graphic' next to each file.

Issue effects my team of 10 peeps, not just me.

Have tried to fix using this approach from 2015 : Problems syncing - 'All files up to date' but no green ticks

But no joy.

Anyone have a fix?

Version 4.2.0.211 with OSX 10.12.6

Check if Core Sync Helper is enabled in your Mac OS system preferences.

Go to Apple Menu > System Preferences.

Choose Extensions.

You should see Finder Core Sync in the left hand menu.

Is the Core Sync Helper check box with the red Creative Cloud icon ticked?

Yep, core sync was on in finder preferences.

Issue has since been fixed, although none of us did anything to fix it.

Thanks.
