No 'Manage Plan' button, and no option to contact support

I have an enterprise account and want to cancel my subscription however, the manage plan button does not appear and I have tried to contact support but it tells me to talk to my enterprise admin but we don't have one! I just want to cancel my subscription so I don't have to keep paying heaps of money when I'm not using it enough.

Just to be sure: you have an enterprise account and want to cancel that subscription?

The administrator of that subscription needs to go to the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com and cancel from there. If that is not possible, or the admin does not find the cancel option, they need to go to the support tab and contact support. All enterprise subscriptions have at least one administrator.

If it is an individual subscription under the same Adobe ID than your Enterprise account, you need to change to your individual part of that account (sign out/sign in, choose Personal Profile) and go to account.adobe.com/plans. Please note: as long as there are payment problems, you can't selfcancel. For that you need to pass via Adobe customer support. You need to be signed into your personal profile for that. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. If you have more than one Adobe ID you will need to sign in with Adobe ID/email address associated with your subscription. You can manage your subscriptions here: https://account.adobe.com Since you say you are a member of an organization you may need to contact your administrator for assistance.

Why did I get this message earlier this week then?

You've posted your question on the Adobe Stock forum. This is the forum for Adobe Stock customers. If you've had a billing failure with any Adobe subscription you would still be able to visit the link I provided and manage any subscriptions there.

Ah I see, I didn't realise their were different forums. As aforementioned when I am on that page there is no Manage Subscription button so I am unable to, which forum would be better to post this query on?
