No option to log into company account

New Here ,
Apr 10, 2025 Apr 10, 2025

When I log in with my work email, it defaults to personal account and does not give an option to choose a company profile. My company account shows that I have access to Adobe, but it's not connecting to single sign on and just keep prompting to purchase a plan. How do I get the option of choosing company instead of personal?

Hi @maria_0285,

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon checking, I’m unable to locate any active subscription associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. I recommend checking with your IT administrator to confirm whether the license has been properly provisioned to your account.

Hi @maria_0285,

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon checking, I’m unable to locate any active subscription associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. I recommend checking with your IT administrator to confirm whether the license has been properly provisioned to your account.

If you have an active subscription associated with a different Adobe ID, please send that ID to me via private message so I can review it and assist you accordingly. You can refer to the following guide on how to send a personal message in the community:

Additionally, I recommend trying the following steps with the Adobe ID that holds the active subscription:

  1. Sign in to your Adobe account using your email and password.

  2. Navigate to Account and Security > Sign-in and Security.

  3. Turn off the Select my profile automatically option.

More details on managing Adobe profiles can be found here:

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Regards,

^AN

Thank you, I will reach out to them to confirm. To your second suggestion - there is nothing on the security section that states "select my profile automatically." I had tried that before and cannot find what is showing in the help article. What would cause this?

Hi @maria_0285,

Yes, please check with your IT administrator regarding the license assignment.

As for your second question, the reason you're not seeing the expected option is because there are currently no licenses assigned to either the personal or business profile associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query.

Please contact your IT admin to verify the license provisioning. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to contact us.

Regards,
^AN
