? Non-profit Creative Cloud killed?

Hi all,

Tech Soup shows "No availability for Creative Cloud: We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock."

Any news that I missed? I cannot find anything stating that Adobe has dropped its non-profit Creative Cloud program.
