I have created several shared reviews using SharePoint as the server using the latest version of Acrobat DC Pro. I was able to connect to the server and get or make comments until I changed my Windows password. Tracker tells me that my credentials are expired or invalid.
I have tried many things, going so far as to uninstall all Adobe tools, clearing browser caches, deleting the Adobe directory in both C:\Program files and C:\Program files (x86), deleting all registry keys under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/software/Adobe and rebooting (hopefully removing all traces of Acrobat). I then reinstalled Acrobat DC Pro from a fresh download.
When I open a pdf that has been enabled for shared review, I initially get this error:
I click on "Work Offline", then clock on "Reconnect to Server" I get the following scripting error:
It doesn't matter if I click on Yes or No, I still get the following error:
Clicking either yes or no again, I'm left with a SharePoint window showing the folder where the shared review is stored, but still not connected to the review server so that I can retreive comments.
Coworkers are able to connect to the same shared reviews and retreive comments.
Any ideas what is going on here or where the user credentials are stored so that I can resolve this problem?
