Not able to install Adobe apps [Error code 403]

I got a brand new Macbook Pro running on MacOS Monterey and I wanted to install Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for working purposes. I get an "installation failure" messsage code 403 that tells me to reseach for a new updated but I don't have any pending. Also, I don't get this message when I try to install Media Encoder or Acrobat DC for exemple. Before getting this MacBook I had a HP laptop and I was able to install every app without any issues.

Hello, I have the same problem. I can only download Adobe DC, LRC and Media Encoder.
Did you find the solution?

Unfortunately, no. I really don't know what to do...

Your 3rd screenshot indicates the version 23.0.1 is already installed but the absence of an Uninstall button suggests that it's not installed properly.

By the way I'm unable to view your other screenshots. They're just blank.

Sorry, here's the other two screenshots.

I tried that method already many times and it still doesn't work.
