Offline permanent activation

Hi all,

Just wondered if you can help.

At my work place we have a campus license for Adobe CC, the problem is that we are on a mac editshare solution and in the current setup we cant cross networks.

So the macs are permanently connected to the edit share server and not the internet.

This then causes issues with adobe every now and again because it cant connect to the adobe network to keep the license activated.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

AFAIK, the only way CC can be purchased without requiring occasional online checks for license activation is via serial number licensing, which is available to enterprises.

Hi Daniel,

As rightly pointed out by James above, serial number licensing is your only way out in case the machines are going to be permanently offline.

Serial number licensing is only sold under the Creative Cloud Enterprise offering and it can let you deploy the CC Applications on completely offline machines.

Sorry, this functionality is not available to individuals. It's only offered to large organizations who have a 3-year contract with Adobe called an Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) for many Creative Cloud licenses.
