Paying for a Premiere Pro subscription but can't access it.

So, I bought a Premiere Pro subscription on my creative cloud ID, but it's still telling me my "trial has ended" and to "buy now". When I click "buy now", it tell me that I "alreaady own this product". So I'm not sure what I'm paying $20.99/mo for if I can't access the product. Interesting. Already followed the steps on this thread to no avail. If anyone has any answers that actually work so I can actually access the product I'm paying for, that'd be super cool.
