Adobe,

 

Can you explain why there is no option for companies to pay with direct bank transfers?
Every month we are having troubles with Adobe about the payments via PayPal or CC.
Unfortunately its only Adobe that's giving issues, any other large organisation we have agreements with (Microsoft, Google, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, etc) are providing payment options with automatic direct bank transfers why is this not possible with Adobe?

So if we want to extend amount of users to 50, you ask a company to pay €41.994,- per year by CC or Paypal, which is in our opinion not realy B2B friendly. And you might understand that looking from our accountant / finance dept. persective not a desirable way to handle.

What can Adobe do to make these large payments much easier and without idiot payment issues?

    Hello! I am also looking into this. I don't understand why there is only the option for a monthly CC or paypal payment. I'd prefer to pay once a year, because how likely will it be that a professional will cancel midway through? As it stands Adobe has become a monopoly for everything so then they could also provide that monopoly-yearly licensing (yearly payment).

     

    Is this in consideration at all?

    Hi there,

    Individual licenses can only be paid by CC or Paypal in certain countries, however Team and Enterprise licenses can be paid yearly by bank transfer. What type of licenses do you have?

        Although I am just a user, not an Adobe employee, I would think you should take this up with the Enterprise & Teams part of Adobe.

        Surely larger corporations and schools don't use a CC to pay for whatever subscriptions they may have.

         

        I am moving this conversation over to the Enterprise & Teams forum. Hopefully someone from that section will notice it better there.

          Let's hope they have decent answer here as we are trying already long time to get one.
