Hallo,

wir haben über die Admin-Console ein Paket mit folgenden Optionen erstellt:

  • Dateisynchronisation aktivieren
  • Remote Update Manager aktivieren
  • Erweiterungen-Ordner und Extension Manager-Befehlszeilentool einschließen
  • XML für AUSST-Überschreibung nicht enthalten
  • In vom Benutzer angegebenen Verzeichnis installieren

Beim Asuführen der Setup.exe erscheint eine Fehlermeldung und die Installation bricht ab.

Hi,

This error can occur if your Operating System is not up to date. Can you let us know what is in the package and the exact OS being deployed to?

Also ensure that you are deploying as Admin with elevated privileges.

Hallo,

als Betriebssystem wird Windows 7 x64 SP1 eingesetzt. Das Setup wird als Admin ausgeführt und es wurden Test mit mehreren Paketen durch geführt. Jedes mal  erschien die oben aufgeführte Meldung.

Als letztes wurden alle Apps ausgewählt für das Paket...

The operating system is Windows 7 x64 SP1. The setup is executed as Admin and it was carried out test with several packages.

Hi,

Thank you. The exact contents of the packages (you mention "several packages") is important as some applications are not compatible with Windows 7.

My advice would be to uninstall all existing Adobe applications and run the cleaner tool.

If the problem persists gather all logs using the Log Collector Tool and open a case with our support team who can set up a call and give feedback to engineering if needed. They will also be able to support you in German.

Creative Cloud for Teams - from the CCT Admin Console go to the Help tab for chat and phone options.

Hallo,

bisher habe ich die Installationspakete immer auf einer virtuellen Maschine getestet. Nach dem Ihre Hinweise zu keinem Erfolg führten, habe ich das oben genannte Paket auf einer physikalischen Maschine ausgeführt. Hier lief die Installation bis auf eine Fehlermeldung bei Adobe Acrobat DC durch.

Das Paket ist mit der Option "In vom Benutzer angegebenen Verzeichnis installieren" erstellt worden. Hier ist mir aufgefallen, das bis auf die im Screenshot 1 zusehenden Apps alle in dem angegebenen Verzeichnis installiert werden.

If I understand correctly everything is installed correctly except for the PDF printer with Acrobat DC.

You can install this separately or perform a repair installation of Acrobat. Adobe PDF printer is missing | Manually install PDF printer

No, I have create the  package with the option "install in the directory specified by the user". The Application Adobe DC  was not installed in the appropriate directory. See screenhot 1
