I need to contact the Adobe Austin office directly to schedule a tour for
students. The Admin of the Enterprise cannot help with this. Please provide
the phone number and/or email for the Adobe Austin office.

There isn't a phone or email listed for that office.

You could try calling the Corporate HQ to see if they even offer tours since it's just an office suite.

Please ask the admin to contact the Account Manager/CSM if you have an Enterprise contract, who can check and arrange a tour (if that is possible). There is no direct number available publicly.
