Photoshop CC Membership Expired

I work for a corporation where multiple users use variations of CC on a subscription basis, I use Photoshop only, but am an infrequent user. Recently, trying to open PS, I received an error message my membership expired. Does this happen if you don't use at least so many months? I contacted our IT Vendor Mgt team who removed and readded me to the company team license or whatever it's called. I received the "you're invited to join..." email and thought that was enough but still get the membership expired. I don't have to have our service desk re-download and install the local exe for PS again do I? When I call our service desk, they never know what to do since there aren't many users company wide of PS or CC generally...

    Hi,

You need to periodically sign-in to check that your license is up to date, you can probably solve this problem by signing out and signing back in to pick up the new entitlement.
