Good day. I was just working with Ankur via Adobe Help Chat and I was told to post my query here on the Photoshop Forums, due to our Version being CS3. Our previous activation of Photoshop cannot be activated on a new computer. The previous computer has failed, and I cannot log into it anymore to "deactivate" the license from within Photoshop. Is there something we can do to activate this Serial on a new functional computer? Thanks.

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. If you have exceeded the activation limit, contact support by phone to have them reset activation. otherwise a lot more info is required.

LOL. Adobe's support is atrocious. I've spent an hour going in a circle between the support line, the chat, the forums, and I am back to the chat now. What information do you need? I don't feel comfortable posting my Serial Number here for obvious reasons.
Thanks!

By the way, the support phone at Adobe told me to contact chat. Adobe support chat told me to post here....

The public forums do not provide any support for licensing and activation - you must contact Customer Care via one of the private channels (Chat or Phone).
Do not post your serial number to the forums.

Both Chat and online toll-free support are referring me to the forums for support.

Hi ddsh,
I have sent you a PM for assistance on this.
[edit : moving this to deployment forum as the key is volume licensing ]

Hi
First of all we need to make sure that you are not facing any compatibility issue .
you can check your system requirements here http://www.adobe.com/store/en_us/popup/software/creativesuite/mastercollection/systemreqs.html
Please disable any Antivirus or firewall on the Machine.
If you are meeting the criteria, you can follow the steps mentioned at https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/error-activation-limit-reached-sign.html
